What is she going through right now? We are all victims of [the IVF clinic].” A.P. and Y.Z. filed a medical malpractice case against the fertility clinic, CHA Fertility Center, in the United State District Court for the Eastern District of New York for medical malpractice, negligence, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The Manukyans filed their own separate lawsuit against CHA, alleging similar claims. .
